Complaints Procedure We at Johnstown Infant School pride ourselves on the high quality of the relationship we have with you as parents. However, if you want to complain about something, or you do not agree with something in particular, here is a summary of a procedure you might follow:- 1. See Class Teacher - still not satisfied? 2. See Headteacher - still not satisfied? 3. See Headteacher again - still not satisfied? 4. See a Parent Governor or the Chairman of the Governors - still not satisfied? 5. They will see the
Headteacher and report back to you or they may consult the whole
Governing Body 6. Ring the Education
